Kaspar Hauser is suddenly dropped back into society after spending his early life imprisoned and starved for human contact. Barely able to talk, let alone walk, Kaspar is taken under the wing of a kind hearted professor who makes an attempt at shoe-horning Kaspar into what we deem as 'normal' society.
