An unwitting playboy purchases the marble block that imprisons the masochistic demon Pinhead, intending to use it as a statement piece for his night club. Pinhead uses the playboy to lure victims close to the cube so that he can obtain their blood. It's up to an investigativee journalist to put a stop to Pinhead's killing spree.
