After the death of her lawyer husband, Antek Zyro (Jerzy Radziwi?owicz), translator Ursula (Grazyna Szapolowska) must carry on with life amid the social unrest of 1980's Poland. Stricken by greif, Antek's ghost begins to haunt her, in order to shake the past Ursula decides to work on Antek's last case which involved a political prisoner.
