Samia (Zita Hanrot) is the new vice principal at an inner-city school in Paris. Despite the school's poor academic record and its high enrolment from Saint-Denis, a rough Parisian neighbourhood, Samia sees potential in them all. In particular, Yanis (Liam Pierron), a bright teen who dreams of becoming a filmmaker.
