4. Prize Trip is for two people travelling together, and includes: Return Economy Flights Courtesy of Singapore Airlines to Paris. Ten Nights of Accommodation courtesy of Adagio ApartHotels. This includes 5 Nights in Paris and 5 nights in a French region of winner’s choice. There are 12 French regions to choose from which have Adagio Aparthotels which includes 14 separate hotels. These hotels are: Bercy, Buttes Chaumont, Haussmann, La Defense Esplanade, La Defense Kleber, La Defense Le Parc, Montmartre, Montrouge, Opera, Paris Tour Eiffel, Paris XV, Porte de Versailles, Val d’Europe, Vincennes. The winner has the option of choosing from another 8 regions and 76 3-star Access Aparthotels which are all operated by Adagio. All accommodation is subject to availability. Prize includes room only.First Class France Rail Pass for two. $1000 spending money. Domestic Return Economy Class airfares for two from Auckland or Christchurch
5. Entry is limited to one per person, per special word (‘skill question’) which is provided each week. Therefore, the maximum number of entries is 4 per person.
6. The prize winner must be a Rialto Channel subscriber at March 9th, 2012 (time of draw).
7. Prizes are not transferrable nor are they redeemable for cash
8. Offer is only open to residents of New Zealand. Offer is not available to employees and immediate families of The Promoter and its agencies associated with the promotion.
9. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
10. All entries must correctly answer the ‘skill question’ to be considered.
11. On entry of the competition the entrant has read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this competition.
12. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, misdirected, late, inaccurate entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting any entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
13. Should the Promoter not be able to make contact with the prize winner, a re-draw will be made after 1 week.
14. ProvisionsThe issuance of tickets is subject to seat availability. Flights cannot be taken during peak periods between 01 December 2012 and 31 January, 2013. The tickets are not upgradeable to Business Class unless the winner wishes to do so at their expense. Rialto Channel will undertake to pay for any domestic flight costs to Auckland or Christchurch. All travel on tickets issued must be utilised in full by 15th November 2012. Unused travel at the expiry of the validity period cannot be refunded or re-utilised. International travel will only be available on Singapore Airline’s operated services.
15. General Conditions of TravelFrequent Flyer mileage cannot be accrued on any of the free or concession travel undertaken. Excess baggage waiver will not be granted. Departure, Airport and Government taxes and charges will remain the responsibility of the prize winner. Transportation between hotels and airport transfers will remain the responsibility of the prize winner.
